The role of the Travel Specialist/OSS Specialist is to sell travel product such as (scheduled and charter flights, car hire and travel insurance to Members) and deliver on with RCI holiday products (exchange, extra holidays, spacebank and renewal), to maximize the company's sales revenue.
Requirements:
Fluency in Norwegian, Danish,Swedish, Italian, Finnish
Excellent geographical/holiday destination knowledge.
At least 1 years experience as a Travel Consultant, in a sales/target-driven travel environment using a CRS system, Gailleo or Amadeus and a back-office system.
Knowledge of the travel industry, charter and scheduled flights.
Knowledge of the airline carriers and the destinations served by each.
Previous experience with Windows-based software products a necessity.
Hours: Mon - Sat, 8am - 6.30pm
Salary: 24,000 - 29,000
